Personal and Wellness Solutions

You are important and you matter.

To decide to go to therapy is a hard decision. It may begin with a realization that something has gone awry, gotten out of control and is now causing problems. It may be a situation that you have found a point in your life that may need some "sprucing up" so that you can go further, reach higher. In any case, you want to find the right person for you, the person that is the right "fit". You want the person that understands what you want, listens without judgement and hears what you have to say. You want honest answers and solid therapeutic techniques to help and guide you. Thank you for taking that very important first step!

PERSONAL

In the therapy process, we will look at what it will take to make sure that your "personal" is taken care of. This means taking a look at your complete "360", everything about you that can and will cause problems. It is in the everyday life that we find the small problems that bear out the big problems. We can tackle them together to ensure that they do not continue to fester and grow into huge problems.

WELLNESS

Your wellness is very important! In order for you to be complete, you must be at peace within yourself. This is part of your "360", insuring that your spirit is calm, you know how to meditate and calm yourself in time of crisis. Wellness is to highlight your emotional, physical, mental, and make sure every state comes together.

About Jocelyn ~ Behind the Scenes...

A little about me...

I am an animal lover first and foremost! I have had animals all of my life. The connection between animals and humans has been lost and hopefully, I do my best to help people find it. I have a Masters in Counseling from Wayland Baptist University in San Antonio, Texas and a Masters in Forensic Psychology from Argosy University in Sarasota, Florida. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Texas. I am retired military, lived all over the world and met many people. I am culturally sensitive, I think this is because of my travels. In my professional practice, I work well with a variety of issues, however, animal assisted therapy is my passion.
